There is a problem with your appointment system. I downloaded the file to put it in my outlook calendar and it adds 1 hour to the appointment. So in my calendar it showed up as 11h30 and not 10h30. I've made another appointment and noticed the same thing. I had to manually change the time to remove the extra hour added. You might want to check the problem.
